We have a standard minimum of 1kg of the same colour, length & micron (unless blended but must still have the same length & micron).

We can blend colours together.

All prices are charged on a 'per kg' basis.

All fees charged on 'Incoming Raw Weight'

All prices exclude postage and is at the customer’s expense.

Full payment (including postage) is required prior to dispatch of any products.

All payments for fibre processing must be paid for via EFT / Direct Deposit.

Minimum charge per batch is 1kg.

Please contact us to discuss lighter or heavier yarn weights than the standard.

Staple length - ideal for processing is 75 to 150mm.

Staple length - needs to be within +/- 10mm of each other.

Weak fibre - always needs to be removed as this can create breaks / short cuts with the finished product.

We are not accepting any Superfine or Cria fleece under 16 Micron.

Each fleece must be separated and skirted prior to arriving (the cleaner the fleece is the better/more product you will receive back).

Any queries or concerns must be raised prior to the commencement of processing.

Once processing has commenced it is deemed that you have accepted our Terms & Conditions.

Whilst every attempt is made to remove the Vegetation Matter we cannot 100% guarantee that there won't be anything present in the end result.

We will not accept any fleece that contains Moths, Rodent droppings, Burrs or excess Vegetation Matter.

Any fleece with an excessive amount of Vegetation matter will not be processed & be returned at the customer’s expense.

We have the right to refuse to process any fleece that we deem unsuitable.
